You can temporary turn off the connection if you don´t need it!

To turn off your internet connections, please fill in the form or send us an email at info@sat-4u.com.

The deactivation is always at the end of the month, please make sure to request deactivation before the 25th of the month. The cost to pause the connection is €25 and you don´t pay anything for all the months that it´s turned off!

Reactivation can also be requested by this form or by mail, we can reactivate any day of the month just make sure to request it a couple days in advanced. There is no extra charge to activate, you just pay your normal monthly fee.

If you have an other type of connection with us, it´s not always posible to temporary turn it off. Please contact us to talk about  the possibilities.
